Recycling / Traceability

  • We notice an awareness evolution in our national and international population, concerning our environment. Since some years, our society is turn toward a recycling system and a the follow up of industrial and domestic waste.
    Sensible with this subject, we inform and sensitive our distributor.
    In our bike user guide, it is notate the process to follow when your battery do not work anymore.

  • In order to go farther, in a sensitisation approach, a serial number will allow a traceability of the battery. This number is directly linked at the EAPCS serial number. It is considered then the departure of our production site.
    When the bike will leave the factory, a first historical on the product life is given. Each intervention will be annotate and exploit by computer.
    Concerning the electronic component , we sensitive our distributor (by a simple education) to do an adapted recycling for the concern product. (during possible helping out intervention, and according to the norm in operation).
    We try to follow a responsible after sale service politic.
