VELEIX after sales service, certifies you the availability of the replacement piece for your EAPCS thanks to its store where there are permanently 2 500 pieces in stock.
A workshop manual is available for each model in order to facilitate the handling operation.
The after sales service management of your EAPCS is possible thanks to it serial number.
With this system each intervention is followed and allows to have an historical on the bike and on the different pieces. Each eventual intervention will be annotated.
The product follow-up is realised and exploited by computer. In case of thievery, (when the product is declared) pieces can’t be delivered. This assures the EAPCS traceability.
